No one can predict the price of metals of a year left alone 9 years. Look at all the casualties lately caused my miscalculation and predictions, PLA, MBN, IVA, DML , LYC etc...faling commodity prices (uranium,phosphate,copper,zinc,REE etc) and cost overruns have been the doom of many stocks and assocaited share prices.

100% spot on

Miscalculations, predictions, debt levels, dilution and mostly cost overruns are always predominant in junior miners.
This is why the market has taken a negative view point on the deal.
