The AGM sure was a typical talkfest! On one side we have the management team doing a good job of presenting the companies positive spin! On the other side SMSL and crew, pushing their we will shut LYC down regardless agenda! In the middle trying to get a question in now and then was the genuine share holders.
It will be interesting to see what occurs with the SP this week following the AGM as the analysts report back to their instos?
If the LTdowntrend continues then I would surmise that the SM has looked at the AGM and any new information from management and still expect profits to be thin or not there!
If a new bullish trend starts this week then the new information from management at the AGM has been believed and LYC is finally on its way to profits, an improved SP, and improved financial and production performance!
If LYC can achieve due to ramp up and the RED advantage an ASP better than $30/kg for the COP of less than $19/kg for a volume of around 11ktons or better, then the balance sheet should be heading into the black at last!
