Yes that's right, but he wasent talking about small cap mining stocks like eg.gbg when refering to his starategy mentioned above, he was talking about the 500 stocks in the S & P 500
, quality bluechips with billions of $ cash on hand and solid earnings over many yrs, they are the stocks you buy when people are selling in a frenzy and sell when everyone wants them, not stocks with a market cap of less than say $300million or stocks with - EPS over many yrs.
