If nnz2256 does help brain connectivity, it will take time for patients to learn to do new things - so instant normalisation will not occur.

Also the body will use any extra brain power for healthy running of the body first (a bit like windows will use your RAM to run windows, before it'll use it to run applications).

That's why things like ecg's and breathing tests are the trial's criteria.

My guess is that the next news will be the fragileX trial starting or the Retts trial going into the second cohort.
