There has been much conjecture regarding the share structure of RDS and what has been disclosed to the ASIC and ASX.

There are 4 shell companies that are of interest, Samarkand Holdings, Eastern Prospecting, Bullrun Investments and Lanark Resources - these at present, constitute 16.95% of the issued share capital.

I have received information from a source detailing the relationships between the holders of the four subsidaries in question. These are detailed below:

Samarkhand – Mr Paul Ailakis. Brother to Mr A. Ailakis and Mr R. Ailakis.

Eastern – Mr Paul Babun. The information provided is that this person is likely a friend of Mr R. Ailakis.

Bullrun – Mr Phillip Gardoll. The information provided is that this person is a friend of Mr R. Ailakis.

Lanark – Ms Lynette Ailakis. Sister to Mr A. Ailakis and Mr R. Ailakis.

Upon investigation of this, company searches detail that these relationships have been in place between 10-13 years.
