The question is wich net profit can be reached with this plant. If you buy a street car for 10.000 and have to cross the mountains, this care is worth not much for you. Because you cannot cross the mountains.
What you discribe is the difference between investment costs and expacted profits...
BTW i expected that lynas market cap need to go under 500 millions!
