Wouldn't surprise me if Westcott & Matt have been asked to join one of the tendering consortiums and to take part in the final edit of their particular tender submission. Any tenderer could get some valuable feedback from the opinions & research that these two HC posters have done over the years.
That might explain their mysterious dual silence on the HC forum. Think about it!
