The answer to your question is easy...$400k a year, it doesn't matter if FAS folds or not, as long as they can stretch it out, surviving on 3b's, then Kevin and Co, get to keep drawing fat pay cheques for at least another 6 months.
The board treats it's shareholders with contempt, we are only here to be bled dry so they can finance their holiday homes and fancy cars with little to no regard at protecting or increasing shareholders wealth.
