242, Stockrocker just won your thread. the tails relative to heads are a tiny piece of ownership, if they really wanted a bigger slice of voting they would just buy the heads.
Exercising the options, assuming they could buy them all, wouldn't give them enough power to topple the board esp. due to dilution.

Well whoever it is has been 'holding the share price down' for going on 6 years now. One would think they have accumulated plenty.
