Gunda,old buddy, thanks for the info but ,of necessity, I have battened down the hatches on my goldies and will try to ride out the storm! Not convinced that mucking around with the hierarchy would achieve much now .Fortunately I avoided AMX which looks one of the most vulnerable to a long term GP downturn.hope I'm wrong for both our sakes.
