Sensible people from across the political spectrum will not endorse any Government to destroy the ABC imo. Governments that try to muzzle the media in general and keep the truth from the Australian public will imo be given short thrift by voters.
I dont believe either a Liberal or Labor government would be stupid enough to try and get rid of the ABC. There will always be some criticism at times but thats normal in a robust democracy.
