I am also tempting to avg down but this might not be the bottom yet, so staying in the sidelines. If PRU are out of ASX 200, then funds will try to get out pushing the price further down (they don't care what the price is) and X-mas/new year coming up too which will not help in pushing the price up in ST at least.
