it is funny that the usual suspects from this website climb all over this topic with the usual shockjock inspired drivel. one would hope, this being an investment forum that more research would go into their investing then it does into their opinions on education. facts are clear----since howard changed the funding model education in Australia has gone backwards---which then begs the question why reason is that private education is failing Australian students----when the vast majority of students attended public schools Australia was at the forefront of education----however as governments try to absolve themselves of their educational responsibilities----as they try to implement failed strategies from the us and the uk---while politicians like pyne trot out a mantra of teacher bashing to hide their own lack of deep understanding of education and principals of sound learning Australian education will continue down the world ranking gurglar if you want to have a look at the joke that education administration has become in its race to the bottom have a read of the trash coming out of qld right now there arnt too many left wing socialist feminist teachers marching through the corridors of private schools in Australia ----but it is clear the rise of private school education has coincided with the fall in standards a well funded public education system had Australia at the very top of world education standards----howard changed that----and its an even greater indictment on government in Australia that pyne is currently the minister for education
