Hi all
FYI I just bought massively out of the money puts in NCM today, so you now know my position.
Anyway, does anyone have an idea of the cash position of the company?
The annual report states around $60 mil in cash, and over 4 billion in debt.
I am trying to get an idea of how long NCM has until is runs out of cash.
I haven't done much research in NCM so I don't know details (if available) on the equity needed to support debt ect. I think NCM can draw down a bit of cash to tide them over (its in the annual report somewhere) but I wonder what happens if the equity position is reassessed? does the money tap get switched off? can creditors demand debt repayment?
This is relevant to me, but my bet was on gold getting smashed and NCM going down based on that. (I have only be a very small amount) so the cashflow isn't part of my reason for the gamble, but it may have an impact on whether I win or lose.
