you have missed the meaning of the clause by only posting part of it.
You posted
"no dealing will be permitted at any time if that key management person possesses (or is deemed to possess) any price sensitive information which is not generally available.'
It then says, 'AND', and submits clauses B and C which need to be read in conjunction with the above, otherwise the above by itself offers an incorrect interpretation.
