There'll be a shortfall all right. There's already a $1.5mill shortfall with the main director only taking up a quarter of his allowed allotment (if peaceAKKI is correct on this). x percentage don't take it up anyway regardless of circumstances, and there'll be plenty who won't bother when the share price is basically at the issue price without any other incentives (such as free oppies). This, unfortunately, will be sub 5c by this time next week. Only thing holding it up is the placement floor.
