They SHOULD be looking to create competitive, international, tension for all the assets (sorry Black but selling Browse alone makes no commercial sense to me) in one bloc. But they're verifiably NOT and raising capital at ever decreasing prices proves your point and mine.
Either that or just put themselves on scrip-based performance. Guess what might happen then?
