Fat Bloater, so why did the Coalition pre election promise to commit the same funding as Labor for 4 years?
Seeing as the Coalition knew the exact financial situation and exactly which States and Territories hadn't signed up, what do you think they didn't know or was a surprise?
It seems the thing that stuffed up the Coalition was trying to deceive the Australian voters, getting caught out, and then trying to negate their stuff up by adding $1.2 billion to the budget.
