Here's an idea improve your service and people might pay the extra to fly with you. At the moment I fly virgin as their price is generally cheaper and the service much the same except for a crappy meal. I remember as a kidyou flying qf you used to get a hot face washer and a drink before take off real service and Iit was worth paying extra for.
