what about cr instead of bank debt?

    I've been thinking (happens sometimes ... :-)) and a question came to mind regarding this elusive bank finance MZI has been waiting for.

    How feasible would it be for MZI to raise the money required via a Capital Raising, instead of going to the banks? This way we would have no debt, just shareholder investment.

    Possible?
