Agree with analysis. At $139 FMG will roll it in.
However, please be careful with your figures. The realised price by FMG is about $80% of the spot price.
At $139, they will realise about $112.
The 20% discount is consistent in all of FMG's announcement and presentation.
As long as the spot price remains above $100 we are OK. Under $100 and we begin to look shaky.
