I'm suggesting he do some research.

My sell sentiments are driven by a lack of confidence of those at the helm and the clear and present issue of sovereign risk.

At this point in time, Lom appears to be functioning in a manner not dissimilar to that of a contractor with the Angolan government holding the aces.

That's the reasoning behind my sentiment.
