My view is that TPT paid double or triple the required amount.
Meanwhile JKA have done a fantastic deal as with out this t/o they are dead man walking.
My underlying view is that if possible TPT share holders should reject the current terms or agreement to do the t/o.
Basically do a Chinese on TPT and make JKA Directors blink.
Meanwhile would I invest in these guys...
