    From memory, both the article was dated 5/12/2013, did it take into account the withdrawal of the contructions blocking of the 2 parties done on the 5th??? To be honest, for CPL I don't take much note about these stock recommendation, they had a buy/strong buy a few months ago and the stock price did nothing.
