Predictably, you can watch him for an hour and only hear that he agrees with AGW. He could think it is a crock [like me] without changing one word of his presentation.
I am not convinced he is a "passionate believer". Rather he accepts the consensus because it matters not in the least to his recommendations. He accepts the theory so he doesn't have to argue the science of AGU. He is arguing the economics of dealing with it. He [reasonably] wants to stay focused on his core beliefs.
