I think it is only 26% of COK stock that is now held by small investors. Obviously the new partners are holding, so this movement down towards 4.5 cents is a bit confusing. I can only think it is small investors(the eligible group as at 17 Oct)who are holding above 4.5 cents selling and looking to the SPP to come back in lower, but that strategy fraught with danger as SPP offers no guarantee of how many shares each shareholder will get, and it can be done on-market at these prices in any case. Curious!
