the Trading Patterns in OEL + NDO ( 22%galic partner) the last 2 weeks leads me to think OEL + NDO may Merge.
Both OEL and NDO sp have moved in sink together maintaining almost a 2 for 1 ratio.
as OEL is the Operator of the Galic Field if it can Pic up NDO for an all script merger .. then OEL would make $140 mill Cash flow from 55%of Galic + all of NDO other interests for free..
should oel merge with ndo ??
