Been out of ROC for a few months thus the absence in posting
Am thinking of reentering , and called company to ask if a divi was at all likely in the near future - answer is no
Agree with Danpech a buy back better option but I think cash preservation is also not a bad thing. I assume Balai may require a few more capital injections and ROC will need to fund more activity one to two years out to replace reserves so its probably not a bad thing to hold cash .
If it deeps a couple more cents I may start buying.

I would not be surprised to see a big fall In oil price next year as oil stocks remind me of gold stocks. 18 months ago when they were falling much harder than gold price , but the gold price falls followed a few months later . Don't be supremes to see WTI in the 70- 80s and Brent 80-90 next year
This is why I am being extra patient with buying ROC
