I mis-read your original post. I (mistakenly) read it as you had done volumetric quantitive calculations which indicated that there was sufficient Cu in the ground to enable a commercial reality. My heavy heart lifted.

But, alas, you have merely 'heard' that it will be a commercial mine within a year and, that being the case, 'calculated' that it represents a good buy.

Well good-oh. Only trouble is, IMO, if grades and widths remain the same, it certainlly will not be an operational mine within a year and probably never.

Hence the current, diminishing, SP.
