At a market cap of $500m anyone who doesn't think people aren't running to ruler over a takeover are nuts. It's probably pretty unlikely still but at this price it would b definitely a viable target and the Chinese in particular love securing supply chains.

I can understand why people would short if the market cap was in the billions but here it could only be trend following systems that are still in because of the downtrend. Only rule based systems would stay short a stock as it wanders into TO valuations.
