These jobs will be progressively created in line with ramp up to full production over several years.
To begin production at Escarpment a few (no more than 20 or 30 is my guess) extra jobs will be created and maybe a mining services contract will be entered into. Don't forget Bathurst are mining at several other locations nearby. They also have a workforce at hand; created by the soft condition for coal generally, that they can take advantage of.
Paying a few workers is the least of our concerns
