yes, I think a "Truth and Reconciliation Commission" into what was done to the Aboriginees/Aboriginals would be a good thing.
However, considering how long it took to even utter an apology and also considering how long it took that Australia has taken a look a covering up paedophilia and similar matters I have practically no hope for that to happen.
