re: good or bad???? i think that they would not have made this announcement if they did not have funding in place ,come on get real we have an ex Microsoft ceo at the helm and a chairman who is a babcock and brown man, these guys have it all lined up, also there is the new ex micrsoft man in chicago taking charge, this has been worked on for a while now and its all falling into place.
