My take from the last announcement is Commisioner Brown is hell bent on no more delays,hence you've had your time to do your home-work. Don't give me evidence to delay the trial,as it just is not on!IMO he is no idiot & to be in that position,I would not expect an idiot.In his mind he knows exactly his ruling on the matter & I expect an announcement this week. If not,then as you say a few weeks longer won't matter apart from the share price taking a hit & I have already committed my ultimate.

My summary is the injunction will be lifted at the very least. I don't expect any J.V. or deal as I think with the amount of shares on issue this will not go down well with investors.

My opinion is "It's Kill Time".
