Christmas gives the company plenty of time to look for a replacement. New graduates are coming onto the market in droves. AVB is entering a busy time operationally, as compared to just exploring, with mine building. Good chance Scotty will still need an assistant. In 18 months time I can suggest a good replacement for Mac. but I doubt if they can wait that long.

Will this earth-shattering news send the SP screaming up to 10c??? With AVB, you expect the unexpected.
