Does anyone remember Ausdrill buying out Brandrill in August 2009? Which was during the GFC when everyone thought the world and especially mining were doomed. Looking back Ausdrill got a good deal.

My view is that an investment company or companies will buy BLY at these levels, as Boart offers good value and then they will refloat the company on the TSX or ASX when the market picks up and double or if not triple their investment.
Beutel Goodman could be the company that does this, they defiantly see the LT advantage. If they aren't the company that does the TO they want a strong position on the board with regards to negotiating the price.
