Hang on....Firstly if they are in the S*&t can they afford to pay us out at all?
Secondly their announcement to me read as if they are aware of their obligations.....but will investgate not meeting them as aggressively as they can!
THirdly..do we need to blow money on chasing down funds that may not be available...we dont need further expenditure!
Finally how does this affect the SA Gov deal....is it subject to X amount of $ support being present already of which Blumont may now breach?

Hopefully I am wrong on all fronts, but we seem to be a bit overly protective and defensive ATM.
