    Understand the offer doc states "The total costs of the Offer, that’s the 250:1 offer, are expected to be $2.1-6.4 million depending on the level of acceptances of the Offer."

    If I allow PPX at 4.7c then that means PPX expecting around 5% to 20% conversion.
