Go along with UN forces on the ground enabling the inspections to happen where the UN wants. He refuses. Why?
Allow the scientists to speak with the Inspectors out of the country. Allow the families to leave if required. He refuses. Why?
Thousands and thousands of pages of new info get found by the Inspectors. Why not produce them to begin with?
