I am really sorry for all LT holders who are now really under water.

IMO, the stock was punished today due to continued cash flow burn, low guidance for 2014 and the potential that the cash will not be there for Malu u/g. Do not expect a dividend. Cash preservation will be uppermost in the mind of the Board. C and K are in the never/never timeline due to not enough cash on the bal sheet and low market cap. Getting finance will be difficult and cap raising will be very dilutive. OZL may not have the cash for RXM t/o or merger.

Again IMO, they are running our of options and the more options that are removed, the lower the sp which removes more options - It becomes a vicious downward spiral.
