Hi Bilo,

Thanks for the information links on Song Hong geology.

I have done my own reading and discovered that the southern part of the Song Hong Basin is more suspected as having the high CO2 content - due to temperature at depth. (from a 2006 paper)

I see from the indicated position of block 105 that it is more at the coastal edge of this Basin and towards the middle of the Basin (North to South).

Having Dong Fang discovery at a similar position (North to South) in the Basin would make me suspect similar source rocks and similar temperatures - but I could be horribly wrong.

year 10 Geography at best....
