yes, it seems platinum were in fact behind the financing of the $25m to Red Arrow Mining (et al)

most links show up Maximilian Investors but the SEC filing below shows Platinum to be behind them.

"The Shares reported in this Schedule 13G are held directly by Maximilian Investors, LLC. Platinum Credit Management LP is the investment manager of Maximilian Investors, LLC. Mr. Nordlicht is the Chief Investment Officer of Platinum Credit Management LP and has voting and investment control of the Shares held by Maximilian Investors, LLC. Each of Platinum Credit Management LP and Mr. Nordlicht expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of the Shares held by Maximilian Investors, LLC."
