I can tell you this:

every single energy company (especially speculative stocks) at one time or another changes the goal posts for what ever reason. yes it's very frustrating, if you don't like it or can't understand what I've said then don't buy into any energy stocks.

I know of a number of stocks which were supposed to drill a well some 2 or 3 years ago.
