yep, your statement "get the $25m which will be used to consolidate existing debt arrangements. (We'll lend you $25m; if you'll borrow another $4m and give us some shares in exchange for this embarrassment in Colorado" is the way i assessed it last night also.

I believe that Maximilian/Platinum were owed $11m at the date of appointing a receiver. the inference possibly that $14m had been spent (hopefully productively and not straight into executives pockets) on the upgrading/improving the mine.

Whilst i am now thinking of finally ditching this share, i will wait for management update and also the likely "pump" (to 0.5c or higher) leading up to Platinum being issued their 200,000,000 shares which they will inevitably "dump" at that point.
