Do other people in PNG have the type of facilities that Amnesty are requesting. They are trying to win first world conditions for the boatpeople despite them being in PNG. If we create a first world oasis in PNG we will have created an incentive for boatpeople.
I would rather give the luxuries to native PNG people than boatpeople.
We should pay the PNG government to run the Manus Island facility to PNG standards using PNG staff.
