When Johnson&Johnson Research labs in Sydney shut down they were flogging near new equipment for 10-20% of market value.
Seems like a multi national wants out of Australia - and they are doing a deal with AHZ so they don't have termination payments for staff. They will still be willing to take a big write off to move their facility to wherever in the world they want.
That's my take - no sharing - one company wants out, has gear & staff. Another company wants in.
