Reminds me of a bloke in my street who is out quicksmart whenever someone crosses his driveway by 1cm or when their garbage bins are overfull. He's always quick to call the council or call the police or whinge about neighbours, but when the time comes to turn a blind eye over one of his quirky habits, heaven help the vendetta if someone dare make comment.
