ymaslin,
You're right from the point of view of total shares on offer, but the SPP is such a minor part of the cap raising that realistically it'll make no difference to who has overall control of the company.
Likewise, technically it would be better to get your shares at 4.5c through the SPP, because that way the money goes to the company who can then put it to use, rather than giving your money to some insto who's selling the shares you buy.
But again, it doesn't really make any difference. I personally am morally opposed to giving COK any more of my hard-earned considering what they did with all the previous money I've given them. Namely, spent it like a drunken sailor on exploration in non-core, stranded assets until they ran out of money and were forced to dilute our retail holding from 71.3% of the company to a mere 14.1%.
That is an exercise in destruction of shareholder value. So if I buy any more COK shares it will be on-market if they dip below 4.5c and I'll only hold long enough to get my investment back.
