Don't think that explains the price cap but no one knows the company better than Phil or to be in a position to make a judgement about its prospects so if he's prepared to put another half a mill in top of the placement before I'm thinking things look pretty good.

Share placement date is over, stock over hang is gone, chairman and major shareholder has put their wallet where their mouth is, company has plenty of cash and can negotiate strongly over a partner for red bore which VRX couldn't do with a foot in their throat re their cash position.

Looking good IMO.
