If you want to smack someone that gropes your girl friend I have no problem with that at all.
If an adult hit a child less than have the size and possibly less than 10% in weight than I do think it is wrong.
As Milo said :
"We are not allowed to hit our friends, spouse, parents, boss, in fact anyone. Why children???"
